Exercise is one of the most important factors for healthy living. With the obesity epidemic in this country continuing to spiral out of control, more and more gyms have opened up in just about every major city and town. Even though people sign up for these gym memberships left and right, only a small percentage actually goes to work out regularly. For seniors, exercise can be a vital aspect of healthy living. It can also be a crucial component of recovery.
